What is an FIBC ton bag?
An FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container), also called a ton bag, jumbo bag or bulk bag, is a large woven polypropylene bag with lifting loops, used to store and move powders, granules and lumps in units of around one tonne. Mingzhe makes 1-ton and 2-ton types and custom designs.
What sizes do you make?
Our common reference size is 90 × 90 × 100 cm. Size, shape, fabric thickness and material are all made to order, so send the fill weight and the bulk density of your product and we will propose dimensions.
How much weight can a bag carry?
Our range covers 1-ton and 2-ton bags. The rated load (safe working load) depends on fabric, loops and construction, so we confirm it with each specification; test details are available on request.
What safety factor do your bags have?
Tell us whether the bag is for single use or repeated use and the safety factor your market requires. We confirm the safety factor together with the specification; documentation is available on request.
Which top and bottom should I choose?
Choose the top by how you fill: open or skirt top for shovel and grab loading, a filling spout for filling heads and low dust. Choose the bottom by how you empty: flat bottom when you cut or tip the bag, a discharge spout for controlled discharge, a conical bottom for products that bridge or clump.
Do you use recycled material?
No. Mingzhe produces with 100% virgin PP material, drawn into yarn on our own lines.
How do you test the bags?
Fabric tensile strength exceeds the Chinese national standard; filled bags are lifted more than 1 metre and stacked more than 3 layers high; and we test whole-bag strength in our own laboratory.
Which certifications do you hold?
Mingzhe holds a Chinese production licence for dangerous-goods packaging containers. For any other certificate or third-party test report your market requires, ask us and we will tell you what is available.
Can you make coated, breathable or lined bags?
Yes. We coat fabric in-house for waterproof and moisture-proof bags, and can supply breathable fabric, inner liners and aluminium-foil laminated bags on request.
Can you print our logo on the bags?
Yes. Logo and label printing is available; send your artwork with the enquiry.
What is your MOQ, lead time and price?
They depend on the specification and quantity, so we quote them per enquiry. Send the details listed in our quote guide and we will reply with all three.
Where is your factory, and can we visit?
Our head office is in Chendai Town, Jinjiang, Quanzhou, Fujian, China, with branch factories in Nanping (Fujian) and Shandong. Visits and factory inspections are welcome — contact us to arrange one.
Do you export to Southeast Asia?
We quote for delivery to your port worldwide. Our factories are in Fujian, which has sea routes to Southeast Asia; tell us your destination port and preferred trade terms.
